I'm Jonathan, a civil engineering student at the University of Waterloo with an passion for transportation. From a young age, I have taken interest in the systems that keep us moving, especially roads. I created Ontario Oddities, a map documenting the history and quirks of the Ontario highway system, with the goal of making this information easily accessible. Ontario Oddities has reached over 60k visitors and has earned me four features on the CBC. I'm also working on writing articles for my Substack, to both sharpen my knowledge of and communicate more niche topics in the transportation world.
I am always searching for a co-op/internship- if you or someone you know is looking to hire, I would appreciate the opportunity to chat!
I can be found on any of the socials below, or by email, at jonathansjunction@gmail.com. Suggestions for Ontario Oddities can also be submitted using the form.
